This Privacy Policy explains how LA Serv Apps ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with our mobile applications (the "Apps"). By using an App you agree to this policy.
If an App offers step tracking or step challenges, it reads your daily step count, with your permission, from Health Connect or from your phone's step sensor. It reads steps only, never other health records, and you can withdraw the permission at any time in Health Connect or in your Android settings.
If an App offers social features such as challenges, leaderboards or friends, you choose a public username. Your username, avatar, step totals, league, rank and challenge results are visible to other users of that App. You can change your username, report or block other users, and delete your data at any time.
We use the above to operate and improve the Apps, deliver features you request, process purchases and entitlements, prevent abuse, and provide support.
We rely on trusted processors to run the Apps, including Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting), Google Play Billing and RevenueCat (purchases), and AI processing providers used only to fulfil a feature you trigger. They process data on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the Apps. You can delete your data at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete my data), or by emailing fidamubashir66@gmail.com; we will delete the anonymous account and associated data.
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your region) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We use industry-standard measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
