This Privacy Policy explains how NexGen Ai Tools ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with our mobile applications (the "Apps"). By using an App you agree to this policy.
We use the above to operate and improve the Apps, deliver features you request, process purchases and entitlements, prevent abuse, and provide support.
We rely on trusted processors to run the Apps, including Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting), Google Play Billing and RevenueCat (purchases), and AI processing providers used only to fulfil a feature you trigger. They process data on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the Apps. You can delete your data at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete my data), or by emailing hindchaib.drouba@gmail.com; we will delete the anonymous account and associated data.
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your region) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We use industry-standard measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
