These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications (the "Apps") published by PNPR Apps ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using an App you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for your own lawful, personal use, subject to these Terms.
Some features require a purchase. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are billed through your Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled under Google Play's policies. A one-time (non-consumable) purchase unlocks the corresponding features for the life of the App on your account.
You agree not to misuse the Apps, including attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or use them to create unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
Some features generate content using AI. You are responsible for how you use generated content and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and third-party rights. Generated content is provided “as is” without guarantee of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Apps and their original content, features and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law.
The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Apps if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
